Job Description
Product Manager leading clinical operations and quality for CVS Health’s Weight Management product. Translating healthcare objectives into scalable solutions that improve member outcomes and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the intersection of product management and clinical operations for CVS Health’s Weight Management product
- Translate clinical and business objectives into scalable product solutions
- Drive operational performance and oversee quality assurance and clinical review processes
- Ensure alignment with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Work cross-functionally with clinicians, operations teams, technology partners, and vendors to improve member outcomes
- Optimize program effectiveness and deliver a best-in-class healthcare experience
- Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and increase accessibility, engagement, and impact across product versions and customizations
- Define new or revised capability requirements
- Define user stories, member journeys, and resulting requirements to drive product improvement iterations
- Deliver quantitative analyses and oversee timely, accurate analysis delivery
- Identify and prioritize a product backlog using data-driven insights, customer needs, and market dynamics
- Define, refine, and track product key performance indicators
- Support product positioning and differentiation against competition
- Complete other projects as directed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product design or product management; graduate-level education may substitute for experience
- 5+ years of experience executing the product development lifecycle
- 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, or overseeing quality assurance processes for clinical programs
- Experience monitoring performance metrics, reviewing member-facing interventions, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives
- 3+ years of experience effectively working with 10+ colleagues across multiple functional areas
- Ability to translate clinical and business objectives into product solutions
- Ability to develop and interpret user stories
- Structured and logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to define business problems and issues
- Ability to convey complex issues succinctly to diverse stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Highly developed project management skills
- Advanced proficiency with project management and office software applications, such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
- Relationship-building skills and ability to foster effective cross-functional working relationships
- Ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment
- Intellectual curiosity, tenacity, and willingness to learn quickly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Preferred: clinical experience as a nurse, dietitian, pharmacist, physician assistant, physician, or other licensed healthcare professional
- Preferred: experience managing third-party vendors, strategic partners, or external solution providers
- Preferred: advanced degree in a business-related or health-related field
- Preferred: experience working with remote teams
