Job Description
Client Delivery & Product Operations Manager working remotely in Canada for a high growth B2B SaaS platform. Driving account management and cross-functional collaboration for major client contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Drive account forward and coordinate product, engineering, delivery, and operations
- Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Turn client requests into priorities and action steps
- Own client reporting and handle incidents calmly
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Proficiency in project management
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of NBA season dynamics
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours with reliable internet
- Comfort in cross-team collaboration and communication.
