Job Description
Client Delivery & Product Operations Manager handling major sports clients and driving account management. Collaborating across teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the account forward every day
- Pull together product, engineering, delivery and operations
- Be the client’s main point of contact
- Own account planning, renewals, expansions
- Handle incidents and escalations calmly
- Use the right tools to move faster
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships
- Ability to work US Eastern Time hours
- Genuine interest in basketball
- Comfortable working across teams and getting things done without formal authority
- Communicate sharply - complex things, said simply.
