Job Description
Product Owner at Jerry.ai leading AI platform and customer experience development. Collaborating across product, engineering, and AI to enhance automotive services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development for AI platform and customer experiences
- Partner with engineers on prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks
- Serve as technical translator between engineering and organization
- Drive improvement in answer quality and automation rates
- Collaborate with partners to evaluate and deploy voice models
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management
- Proven interest in modern LLM systems
- Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs
- A track record of turning strategic ideas into scalable products
