Job Description
Product Owner defining project scopes and solutions at i4pro, focusing on Brazilian insurance market innovations. Responsible for consulting with leadership and clients, leading agile development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing requests together with leadership and/or clients, acting consultatively and defining the solution for the project scope while considering the available technical possibilities.
- Contribute to planning the structure of projects and products to clarify the activities assigned to them, sharing ideas or proposing actions that enable the completion of the project or product.
- Responsible for preparing Functional Specifications for projects and products.
- Responsible for mapping and creating/updating product documentation (mind maps, functional documents, and manuals) for products developed by i4pro and deployed at client sites.
- Act as Product Owner with the development team for the module/projects.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining demonstration environments.
- Responsible for preparing and delivering product presentations to clients.
- Responsible for technically overseeing the activities of validators/testers.
- Responsible for detailing business requirements for developers.
- Serve as a backup for leadership in triaging and analyzing open project tickets.
- Monitor configuration/parameterization and support product deployments at client sites.
- Follow and apply the company’s established specification and quality standards (governance).
- Deliver internal and/or external technical training.
- Promote i4pro and Agile culture, exemplifying ethical values and influencing a collaborative mindset through participation in Agile ceremonies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience in the insurance market is essential.
- Knowledge of SUSEP rules and circulars, including:
- Rules for capitalization products (títulos de capitalização).
- Technical provisions (PMC, PSR, PDB, etc.).
- Logic for draws, bonuses and redemptions.
- Financial impacts of changes to product rules.
- A plus: English proficiency.
