Job Description
Product Owner at Ethixbase360, translating business needs into requirements and collaborating with teams. Key role in the agile environment, focusing on product delivery and client impact.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Principal Product Owner to gather, document, and validate business and user requirements
- Assist in backlog grooming by organising, refining and maintaining requirement artefacts
- Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Sales, and SMEs to collect feedback
- Analyse workflows and user journeys across the Ethixbase360 ecosystem
Requirements:
- Be a holder of valid documents with permission to work in Malaysia
- Business level (C1/C2) English, spoken and written
- 4-6 years’ experience working in a BA/PO or equivalent function within a agile, ideally SaaS environment
- A background knowledge in compliance, due diligence or a related field would be well regarded
