Job Description
Product Owner managing multiple client projects at NineTwoThree AI Studio. Engaging with clients to translate needs into actionable requirements for technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- **Client Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- **Requirements Gathering & Analysis:** Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- **Technical Translation:** Translate client needs into detailed specifications and user stories that can be understood and implemented by the development team.
- **Project Management:** Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- **Collaboration & Communication:** Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the client, project management, and technical teams.
- **Prioritization:** Work with the client to prioritize features and tasks based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
- **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks, collaborating with the client and internal teams to find effective solutions.
- **Technical Understanding:** Develop a strong understanding of the technical aspects of each project, enabling you to participate in technical discussions and guide decision-making.
- **Product Roadmap Contribution:** Contribute to the client's product roadmap based on technical feasibility and insights gained from the development process.
- **Risk Assessment:** Identify and assess potential technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- **3+ years of experience **as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing m**ultiple projects simultaneously and independently**.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to elicit and document clear, concise requirements.
- Experience working with technical teams and a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Familiarity working in a fast-paced environment.
