Job Description
Senior Product Sourcer building specialized Product Manager talent pipelines for Plaid, a fintech platform connecting financial accounts to apps. Partnering with Product leaders and recruiters on sourcing strategy, market insights, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage pipelines of high-quality Product Manager talent through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Advise product recruiters and hiring managers on hiring strategy, talent market, and candidate experience
- Partner with Product leaders and recruiters to drive top-of-funnel strategies for specialized and niche Product searches
- Collaborate with EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to drive consistency, share insights, and refine recruiting playbooks
- Provide data-driven insights to support smarter hiring decisions and scale Plaid’s Product organization
Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Creative sourcing experience across multiple platforms and channels
- Proven success partnering with senior Product Management or Engineering leaders on niche and challenging searches
- Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; able to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Candidate-first philosophy balancing speed, quality, and experience
- Fluency in Product Management disciplines such as consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products is nice to have
- Experience with longer-term networking strategies, including hosting events, dinners, and conference strategies, is nice to have
