Job Description
Professional Development Consultant engaging individuals in personal and professional development opportunities. Conducting virtual meetings, building relationships, and guiding individuals through onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations
- Respond to enquiries from prospective clients
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Utilise digital communication and CRM systems
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development
- Work independently while managing your own schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in leadership, consulting, HR, education, business development or client-facing roles
