Job Description

Program Manager leading Maximus’s Medicaid provider-services call center program. Overseeing operations, budgets, teams, client relationships, compliance, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Medicaid Provider Services call center program
  • Oversee customer support operations involving provider enrollment, credentialing, and client engagement initiatives
  • Manage program delivery to achieve schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day program execution, planning, resource coordination, workload management, and performance monitoring
  • Manage program budgets, forecasting, cost controls, resource utilization, and operational metrics
  • Coordinate staffing, inventory, supply chain activities, and operational processes
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and standards for contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting
  • Lead and develop a small to mid-sized team through work assignment, performance monitoring, coaching, and employee development
  • Build and maintain client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships
  • Communicate program status, operational concerns, technology updates, and recommended solutions
  • Implement the program, influence strategy, drive continuous improvement, and support program growth
  • Travel to the client location during program implementation and quarterly thereafter

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience leading a team
  • Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management
  • Prior call center experience
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds
  • Private and secure workspace
  • Preferred: experience in Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing, government contracting, call center and back-office operations
  • Preferred: call center CRM and telephony system implementation and maintenance experience
  • Preferred: client management experience
  • Preferred: project implementation experience
  • Active PMP certification preferred
