Job Description
Program Manager overseeing AI Advisory and Transformation Services at Netrio. Responsible for project portfolio management, P&L ownership, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Own the consolidated project portfolio for the AI Advisory and Transformation Services Practice, maintaining visibility into status, risk, and resource allocation across all active engagements.
- Establish and enforce project management standards, including scope documentation, milestone tracking, change control, and lessons-learned processes.
- Oversee the operational delivery of all advisory, assessment, and transformation engagements, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Netrio’s delivery methodology.
- Own the practice-level P&L, tracking revenue, cost of delivery, margins, and budget variance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level program status reports, including portfolio health, financial performance, risk posture, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and develop project managers, consultants, and delivery staff within the practice.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in professional services, IT consulting, managed services, or technology advisory environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-project portfolios with concurrent, complex engagements.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, budget management, and margin analysis.
- Proven ability to build and deliver executive-level reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across technical, business, and executive audiences.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
