Job Description
Manager, Program Management responsible for managing client relationships and delivering messaging solutions for ConnectiveRx accounts. Involves extensive client communication and internal coordination between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client contact for excellent execution and delivery of solutions
- Develop effective client-facing communications
- Complete Requests for Proposals and Statements of Work
- Gather information from internal resources
- Provide input into annual renewal process
- Coordinate program setup with internal teams and clients
- Monitor and report on program performance
- Develop and share account activity/status updates and invoicing
- Analyze financials or performance to respond to client and internal needs
- Contribute to the implementation of account management strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in account management with client relationship management responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Strong knowledge of contracting processes
- Broad knowledge of target marketing in healthcare
- Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
