Job Description
Asia Program Manager overseeing GE Vernova customer equipment and infrastructure projects. Managing delivery, project resources, profit and loss, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee small- to medium-sized non-turnkey, equipment-only, suites of products, or non-turnkey projects
- Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
- Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction
- Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best-practice and quality resource
- Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility
- Analyze data and use technical expertise to support recommendations
- Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational/product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
- Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
- Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus
- Influence others on topics within the field
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Project Management
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Ability to work across different time zones and monitor, read, and respond to contact outside normal working hours
