Job Description

Programmatic Manager leading and executing programmatic advertising campaigns for Jellyfish with a focus on RTB operations. Collaborating with teams to shape programmatic excellence across global markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead programmatic campaign setup, optimization and execution across RTB and DSP platforms, ensuring performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop insightful performance reporting and analysis to guide client strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Client Servicing and Business Development teams to design innovative programmatic solutions for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain proactive client communication via email, online meetings, and in-person interactions, presenting complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to build integrated and scalable digital advertising strategies.
  • Interpret attribution models, third-party analytics, and multi-touch performance data to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Influence deal economics, media allocation, and budget investment decisions in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to skills development and knowledge sharing as the RTB business expands.
  • Manage relationships with key technology partners, including data providers, supply sources, and measurement vendors, to drive campaign success.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic insights that articulate campaign performance, optimization levers, and future recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising and display media, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programmatic ecosystem fundamentals, including RTB, DSPs, ad networks, attribution models, and related technologies (Google Marketing Platform experience a plus).
  • Strong passion for analytical problem solving and creative innovation.
  • Experience planning and managing campaigns across diverse geographies such as APAC, US, and UK.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional business writing skills and the ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentations.
  • Methodical and structured approach to work, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, listen, and influence both internal teams and external clients.
