Job Description
Project & Event Manager coordinating Stapelstein product launches, campaigns, trade fairs, and events. Building roadmaps and delivering AI-supported processes across German and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate all teams’ plans into a company-wide project and event roadmap
- Identify conflicts between product launches, campaigns, trade fairs, and events at an early stage
- Develop clear objectives, priorities, and responsibilities from team requests
- Orchestrate projects through to successful completion
- Take end-to-end responsibility for events and trade fairs: concept development, briefings, shift planning, budgeting, bookings, logistics, and setup and breakdown
- Build a rental and event equipment pool for easy use across markets and locations
- Facilitate meetings and retrospectives
- Translate learnings into better processes, briefings, planning, and vendor selection
- Design AI-supported processes in Asana and take responsibility for their quality
- Represent Stapelstein at events
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in project and/or event management, ideally including trade fairs
- Confident negotiating with external vendors in German and English
- Experience with contracts and budget responsibility
- French is a plus
- Structured, hands-on approach to work
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and make decisions without complete information
- Ability to mediate conflicts between teams and secure firm commitments
- Calm and pragmatic approach when things deviate from plan on-site
- Willingness to travel for events and trade fairs
- Interest in and ability to work with AI: formulate requirements clearly, critically review results, and identify contradictions
- Familiarity with Asana
- Based in Berlin is a plus
