Job Description
Project Coordinator supporting PMO operations for NetCov’s IT and cybersecurity projects. Tracking deliverables, coordinating sprints, preparing reports, and facilitating stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables using PMO tools and systems
- Update task lists, timelines, and dashboards to reflect current project status
- Monitor key deadlines and ensure documentation and updates are completed accurately and on time
- Support coordination of sprint activities, including scheduling, tracking sprint items, and capturing notes or action items
- Prepare project documentation, agendas, and presentation materials for internal and client meetings
- Take detailed notes during meetings, track follow-up items, and ensure timely updates to PMO tools and systems
- Draft updates, summaries, and reports for leadership and clients
- Assist in standardizing templates, reports, and workflows across the PMO
- Maintain project records and archives, ensuring version control and proper documentation
- Support the Sr. Director of PMO and project managers in compiling project decks and management reports
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for project-related calls, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
- Contribute ideas to improve PMO tools, templates, and processes
- Stay informed on project management trends, tools, and best practices
- Provide administrative and operational support for other PMO initiatives as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across several concurrent projects
- Comfort working with both technical and non-technical team members
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, including HaloPSA, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on teamwork and follow-through
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Project Management, or equivalent level of work experience and certifications
- 1–3+ years of project coordination, operational support, or customer service experience
- Exposure to project management or Agile environments preferred
- Full-time, exempt position
