Job Description
Project Director leading Nuclear Infrastructure projects at EGIS with a focus on client relationships and project governance. Overseeing major infrastructure and consultancy projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison with Client, representing EGIS in all contractual, strategic, and managerial matters.
- Maintain and strengthen a collaborative, trust-based relationship with the client through transparency, responsiveness, and effective communication.
- Ensure all project activities are aligned with client priorities, governance expectations, and milestone commitments.
- Lead executive and steering committee meetings with Client and subcontractor organizations.
- Establish and oversee implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project Quality Plan (PQP), and Risk & Interface Management Framework.
- Manage contract execution, including scope adherence, change management, and claims avoidance.
- Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary, international project team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience leading major infrastructure or nuclear-related consultancy projects.
- Proven record as Project Director or Senior Project Manager on complex, multi-phase programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in project governance, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working with large Owner–Operator clients and multi-partner delivery teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
