Job Description
Project Manager leading operational efficiency, cost reduction, and workflow initiatives for Personify Health’s healthcare platform. Coordinating cross-functional teams from planning through implementation and stabilization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational projects end-to-end from planning through implementation and stabilization
- Keep delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
- Drive projects focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, workflow optimization, and service improvements
- Coordinate Claims Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, Vendor Management, and external partners
- Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and implementation strategies
- Identify process gaps and recommend operational enhancements
- Monitor project performance, cost savings opportunities, and operational outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and deliver project updates
- Escalate risks or barriers before they derail progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of project management, operations, or process improvement experience, specifically within healthcare, claims, or insurance environments
- Track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with process improvement methodologies or operational optimization initiatives preferred
- Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management tools and software
- Process improvement methodologies
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must occasionally move inside the office to access office machinery, filing cabinets, and meeting facilities
- Must constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Must frequently position self to maintain files in file cabinets
- Must frequently move boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must communicate information and ideas so others understand and exchange accurate information
- Must be able to observe details at close range
