Job Description
Project Manager overseeing blockchain and Web3 gaming initiatives at HelixWager, an AI and blockchain gaming innovator. Driving Agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and stakeholder reporting remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams to maintain workflow efficiency and communication
- Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project performance, identify risks or obstacles, and implement solutions
- Liaise with blockchain developers to clarify technical specifications and prioritize tasks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain project documentation and prepare stakeholder reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within blockchain, cryptocurrency, or gaming sectors
- Strong grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain protocols
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse remote teams and stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Ethereum, Solana, or BNB Chain, DeFi concepts, and gaming economics
- Nice to have: Experience with artificial intelligence applications or data-driven technology products
- Nice to have: Insights into online gaming platforms or casino-related products
- Nice to have: Technical background in smart contract development or blockchain architecture
