Job Description
Project Manager managing medium-scale interior & furnishings projects at Medline Industries. Coordinating resources and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and manage medium-scale interior & furnishings projects
- Prepare quotes and project proposals
- Work directly with vendors and subcontractors
- Provide project details for installation purposes
- Provide timely project status updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Interior Design
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating and leading projects
- Communications planning and implementation experience
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with design software (AutoCad)
- Experience working with Takeoff Programs (Adobe Acrobat, Blubeam)
