Job Description

Project Manager delivering retail store fit-outs and renovations for Turner & Townsend’s real estate clients. Managing planning, construction, budgets, schedules, risks, and closeout.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consulting services to the retail client telecom client account
  • Manage commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion
  • Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for retail store fit-outs and renovations
  • Interface with architects and general contractors; define scope and manage RFPs and RFIs
  • Prepare project scope, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification
  • Define project delivery resources and conduct proposal requests and bid evaluations
  • Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accurate, timely coordination
  • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
  • Track project progress and report status and variances
  • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
  • Mentor others and share job knowledge
  • Lead by example according to CBRE RISE values
  • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement

Requirements:

  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
  • Experience with retail client accounts managing fit-out and renovation construction preferred
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and technical construction documents
  • Knowledge of lease agreements and vendor management highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet
  • Experience with Tango or similar project management software required
  • Corrigo or other facilities management software desirable
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
