Job Description
Expert Project Manager running Mercor projects that train frontier AI models. Tracking annotator performance, reviewing quality, and coordinating contributors remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Run projects advancing LLM browsing capabilities
- Track project and annotator performance in Google Sheets
- Review annotator quality
- Handle contributor communications
- Support projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems
Requirements:
- Expert project management experience or background
- High agency
- Strong organization
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to pick up an unfamiliar problem and own it from start to finish
- Ops or project management background preferred
- Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT support
