Job Description
Project Manager owning complex enterprise SaaS implementations for Publitas, which turns PDFs into shoppable digital content experiences. Leading onboarding, technical scoping, delivery, and expansion for major brands.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects
- Guide major brands from initial onboarding to successful expansion
- Master the Publitas product suite, value proposition, and delivery methodologies
- Shadow active implementation projects and become the primary contact for enterprise accounts
- Lead scoping sessions, technical workshops, and timeline planning for enterprise client onboardings
- Map client goals against technical solutions
- Unblock cross-functional delivery risks
- Deliver major enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to launch
- Establish high-trust relationships with key client stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and mature delivery practices
- Proactively identify delivery risks and balance technical trade-offs
- Vet technical requests before they reach engineering
- Use generative AI to personalize communications, automate documentation, summarize meeting data, and accelerate delivery
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
- 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience
- Proven track record managing and delivering complex, technical enterprise SaaS project lifecycles from onboarding to expansion
- Experience ideally within retail, publishing, or marketing tech
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Asana, and Jira
- Solid understanding of HTML, design tools, analytics, APIs, and custom integrations
- Ability to scope technical client requirements
- Proven track record working in an AI-first way
- Active daily use of generative AI tools to improve quality, speed, and output
- Ability to lead workshops with enterprise C-level executives in German
- Ability to collaborate with global distributed teams in English
