Job Description
Project Manager overseeing site maintenance execution through subcontractors in Cooling & Power division. Building operational foundation for services transition in-house.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of site maintenance work across assigned regions or accounts
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with customer SLAs and contractual requirements
- Partner with dispatch, operations, and account management teams to prioritize and schedule work effectively
- Monitor job progress, resolve escalations, and remove execution barriers in real time
- Own job-level financial performance including revenue, cost, and margin
- Monitor key KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Cost of Quality, and Productive Time Utilization (where applicable)
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site maintenance and disaster recovery execution
- Create scalable playbooks for dispatching, subcontractor engagement, and job closeout
- Ensure alignment with the Pearce Reliability System and broader Cooling & Power operating model
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or field service delivery (HVAC, Generator, UPS, Facilities, or related industries preferred)
- Proven experience managing subcontractors or third-party vendors at scale
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing job-level P&L performance
- Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines, or operational capabilities
- Familiarity with field service management systems (e.g., Salesforce, dispatching tools, ERP systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
