Job Description

Cisco Project Manager optimizing Asana workflows, automation, documentation, and KPI reporting for Americas people development programs. Supporting participant coordination and scalable operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of program workflows within Asana
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency
  • Maintain program playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and current
  • Own the program reporting cycle
  • Track KPIs, maintain data integrity, and produce regular status reports
  • Manage participant communications, system setup, and follow-through
  • Provide operational support so participants have a seamless administrative journey
  • Monitor program performance to identify bottlenecks
  • Refine processes and suggest scalable operational solutions
  • Partner with Program Managers to design, implement, and optimize workflows for Americas people programs

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or program coordination
  • Expert-level experience with project management software, with strong preference for Asana
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
  • Ability to document processes, maintain SOPs, and manage complex schedules with high attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach to learning new tools, systems, and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide clear, tactical, and supportive communication to program applicants
  • Strong ability to track, organize, and report on KPIs and metrics
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with advanced automation platforms such as Power Automate preferred
  • Experience with collaborative database tools such as Airtable preferred
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards with Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment preferred
  • Passion for people development programs preferred
