Job Description
Senior Project Manager delivering Transportation Management System implementations for Infios, a supply-chain software provider. Managing enterprise projects, stakeholders, budgets, risks, and customer outcomes across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation projects from kickoff through go-live
- Partner with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to align objectives, manage expectations, and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing customer needs and business objectives
- Facilitate project governance, executive updates, and key decision-making sessions
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Ensure long-term customer success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry processes and challenges
- 3+ years of experience managing complex enterprise software implementation projects in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Experience with Infios TM (formerly MercuryGate) highly preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
