Job Description

Project Manager within Learning Services at SAI360 managing customer learning programs delivery. Collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of all elements of learning programs tailored to customers’ contractual entitlements
  • Hands-on management of customer projects
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Account Managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, on-time, on-budget outcomes for all projects
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Conduct project kickoff calls, analyze needs, and develop plans
  • Run project meetings, status updates, and communicate outcomes
  • Scope change requests and communicate risks while working proactively to mitigate them
  • Track and report results within project management tools
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or commensurate experience
  • 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing and/or production role
  • Proven success managing high, concurrent volume of projects and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • 3 years’ experience using Smartsheets or similar project management scheduling tool; Smartsheet Dashboard experience a plus
  • The ideal candidate has experience in compliance, ethics, and/or governance industry, or EdTech.
