Job Description

Project Manager leading large-scale electrification projects for ABB, which helps industries run leaner and cleaner. Managing budgets, schedules, risks, teams, and stakeholder delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Manage project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identify key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure high-performance outcomes
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues impacting project quality, cost, or timeline
  • Drive successful execution of complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Track project progress, generate regular reports, and communicate key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead all on-site activities of medium to large projects
  • Lead the site team, define main guidelines, and allocate tasks

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering industry
  • At least 8 years in project management roles
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • 20% travel expected
  • Candidates must already have work authorization permitting them to work for ABB in the US
