Job Description
Real estate appraiser assessing residential, commercial, and specialty properties. Responsible for property assessments, documentation, and team collaboration in Meppen, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of residential, commercial, and specialty properties, both interior and exterior
- Carrying out 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assessment and documentation of the structural and technical condition of properties
- Preparing measurements and calculating living areas
- Documenting the current construction status and any maintenance measures
- Regular digital communication with colleagues on current topics
Requirements:
- Interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector
- Experience with living area calculations and measurements
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Accuracy, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency with Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook
- Category B (car) driving license and some driving experience
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
