Job Description

Gebietsverkaufsleiter managing the sales activities and customer relationships in Darmstadt for BITO-Lagertechnik. Focused on innovative solutions in the logistics sector with technical products.

Responsibilities:

  • You take sole responsibility for planning and organizing all sales activities in your territory
  • In addition to acquiring new customers, you also support our existing customer base on site
  • Together with our experts, you develop customer-specific and tailored solutions for our clients
  • You monitor market developments and maintain existing contacts to further expand our network and our brand

Requirements:

  • A commercial apprenticeship with a strong technical understanding or a technical qualification with solid commercial knowledge
  • Several years of field sales experience selling complex technical products and/or capital goods, and/or experience in project-based business is desirable
  • High level of initiative and persuasiveness, as well as confident communication skills across different hierarchical levels
  • Ability to read technical drawings and good spatial visualization skills – you will learn to create AutoCAD drawings with us
