Job Description
Real Estate Inspector visiting residential and commercial properties in Northern Hannover. Responsibility includes property assessments and documentation of building conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting residential, commercial and specialist properties inside and out
- Coordinating and scheduling route planning with the service team
- Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties
- Taking measurements, calculating living areas and documenting the building status
- Exchanging information with colleagues about current team matters
Requirements:
- Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector or a strong interest
- Ideally experience with floor area calculations and site measurements
- Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Precision, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
- Well-groomed, service-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency with Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Valid Class B driving licence (car) and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
