Job Description
Property viewer evaluating residential and commercial properties in Hamburg. Working remotely with responsibilities for documentation and site condition assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial and specialized properties
- Coordinate and schedule routes and appointments in collaboration with the service team
- Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties in the region
- Take measurements and calculate living/floor areas
- Document current construction status as well as maintenance activities
Requirements:
- Interest in real estate
- Some experience in the real estate industry or a strong interest in entering the field
- Experience with floor area calculations and on-site measurements
- Good communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, conscientiousness and responsible behavior
- Service-oriented and friendly manner
- Class B driving license and some driving experience
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
