Job Description
Territory Sales Manager responsible for managing and growing Cepheid’s business across Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, and Romania. Driving sustainable revenue growth through territory planning and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sustainable growth by expanding Cepheid adoption across hospitals, laboratories, and other testing environments.
- Build durable customer partnerships with clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the full sales cycle from discovery and value positioning through proposal, tender execution, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Enable distributor sales teams through joint customer visits, account planning, and opportunity progression.
- Apply the Danaher Business System (DBS) to drive continuous improvement and identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical or Laboratory disciplines, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven field sales experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, laboratory solutions, or complex B2B healthcare environments.
- Strong and demonstrable knowledge of PCR‑based technologies and molecular diagnostic workflows.
- Demonstrated success managing consultative, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and high‑value purchasing decisions.
- Strong territory planning, account management, and business development capabilities with a structured, data‑driven approach.
- Consistent use of CRM systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Fluency in English; additional local languages relevant to the Eastern Europe territory are a strong advantage.
