Job Description
Territory Sales Manager promoting Dexcom's continuous glucose monitoring solutions to healthcare professionals and patients. Building relationships and driving sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations to promote Dexcom's products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Educate physicians, healthcare professionals and patients on the benefits and use details of Dexcom continuous glucose monitoring products
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians
- Represent Dexcom at local, regional and national diabetes conferences and exhibitions
- Implement business strategies and tactics to achieve company and individual targets
- Complete reports as assigned
- Collaborate with field and inside sales teams to meet or exceed company goals
- Local travel required, including occasional overnight stays
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Language skills: fluent German (spoken and written) and at least a good command of English
- Knowledge of diabetes products and therapies desirable
- Proven success in previous sales roles, demonstrated by strong performance, is an advantage
- Must have a thorough understanding of customer needs and be able to stimulate, challenge and drive thinking about new approaches to diabetes care
- Able to execute sales strategies in a complex, multifaceted environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; team-oriented; ability to apply a conceptual/consultative selling approach
