Job Description

Provider Solutions Customer Success Lead enhancing Medicaid IT solutions at Gainwell. Driving sales, addressing state objectives, and leading product demonstrations and RFP processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product demonstrations and provide support and thought partnership for opportunity meetings
  • Partner closely with the sales and product teams to offer strategic guidance in understanding state objectives
  • Lead Product RFP requirements review and content writing for RFPs
  • Convey customer requirements to various teams for a seamless customer experience
  • Lead monthly user groups with key state stakeholders and internal leadership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • strong track record of technical proficiency, change management, and team impact
  • skilled in partnering with sales, marketing, client success, data, and product teams
  • experience with Medicaid Provider Enrollment, Healthcare IT systems, and aligning client needs with product enhancements
  • adept at handling multiple client opportunities, managing deadlines, and prioritizing work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
