Job Description
QA Lead guiding a team of Service Quality Engineers at Mark43. Partnering with Engineering to define testing strategies and improve product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and support a team of Service Quality Engineers
- Partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams
- Create frameworks, tooling, and training for high-quality outcomes
- Mentor team members in technical and professional skills
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of experience executing test scenarios and evaluating results
- At least 2 years of experience developing test scenarios using modern testing tools across web and mobile applications
- Strong coaching instincts and ability to mentor team members
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Comfort working with technical documentation and translating it into test scenarios
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks for federal agencies
