Job Description

QA Lead guiding a team of Service Quality Engineers at Mark43. Partnering with Engineering to define testing strategies and improve product quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support a team of Service Quality Engineers
  • Partner closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Create frameworks, tooling, and training for high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor team members in technical and professional skills

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience executing test scenarios and evaluating results
  • At least 2 years of experience developing test scenarios using modern testing tools across web and mobile applications
  • Strong coaching instincts and ability to mentor team members
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Comfort working with technical documentation and translating it into test scenarios
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks for federal agencies
