Job Description
Agent commercial indépendant développant un portefeuille de biens en location courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie, réseau français de conciergerie immobilière. Prospection, mandats de gestion et coordination opérationnelle avec revenus récurrents.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management within your area
- Identify and actively prospect property owners
- Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule independently between partial remote work and fieldwork
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their business activity
Requirements:
- Independent / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop a commercial business
- Independent working style combined with the support of a structured network
- No specific degree or prior experience explicitly required
