Job Description
VP of Sales leading direct and channel revenue for Nsight Health’s remote RPM, CCM, PCM, and BHI healthcare programs. Personally closing complex provider and health-system deals while scaling the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry and personally close a book of complex deals, relationship and referral partnerships, and channel partner agreements
- Own total team quota attainment and personally drive deals across the team to signing
- Join SDR calls to coach demo-setting and meeting-setting technique in real time
- Enter Account Executive deals at any stage and close them personally when needed
- Review stalled and stuck deals and remove objections, budget, procurement, and legal blockers
- Expand market share across physician practices, health systems, employer groups, EHR platforms, RCM companies, and billing aggregators
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and contract execution
- Develop territory and vertical strategies for high-value target accounts
- Represent Nsight Health at industry events and build executive relationships
- Build and manage channel sales motions with EHR, RCM, clearinghouse, and billing aggregator partners
- Develop co-selling frameworks, enablement materials, and joint go-to-market strategies
- Lead, develop, recruit, onboard, and retain Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance evaluations, and real-time data-driven coaching
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance
- Own pipeline coverage, conversion rates, contract value, sales velocity, CAC, and LTV analytics
- Maintain CRM discipline, data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and reporting infrastructure
- Use AI tools and automation to build accountability systems and flag pipeline risk
- Present performance reports and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of B2B sales experience
- At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within healthcare, healthtech, and remote care
- Background in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and/or Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs
- Working understanding of EMR systems and their intersection with clinical workflow and program adoption
- Experience selling to outpatient physician groups and nurses
- Experience selling to medical billing companies
- Strong familiarity with revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing workflows
- Demonstrated track record of scaling a revenue organization through growth stages
- Experience leading and developing sophisticated Account Executive and Senior Account Executive teams
- Direct experience selling to physician practice owners, medical directors, practice administrators, or similar decision-makers
- History of personally carrying and exceeding a quota while owning the entire team's number
- Experience building or managing a channel or partner sales motion alongside a direct sales team
- High AI fluency and active working knowledge of AI tools in daily professional workflow
- Strong analytical ability, including pipeline funnel diagnosis and reporting infrastructure development
- Continuous learner who studies the craft of sales
- Familiarity with CMS reimbursement frameworks for RPM and CCM, including CPT code structures and Medicare billing requirements
- Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM architecture and advanced sales automation tooling
- Ability to work aligned to US business hours
