Job Description
Recruiter for Van Cleef & Arpels managing retail talent sourcing and candidate experiences. Collaborating with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategy and build talent pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- execute recruitment strategy and elevate the candidate experience
- screen and qualify potential candidates
- collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
- build a robust talent pipeline
- maintain relationships with referrals and internal clients
- track and communicate interviews, placements, and retention
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique and corporate levels
- ability to manage a high requisition count (20+)
- experience in high-volume recruitment of sales associates preferred
- digital savviness with ATS, social media, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- ability to work across time zones
- flexibility to adapt quickly
- strong presentation skills
- empathy in working with people
