Job Description
Recruiter managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with company culture. Blattner Company focuses on renewable energy solutions and critical infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Actively involved in the full recruitment cycle from initiating hire requisitions through employment offers and onboarding.
- Ensure all positions are filled in alignment with company culture, and in a timely manner.
- Handle open requisitions with various levels of technical and/or labor market complexity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or equivalent combinations of experience and education.
- Two years HR sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience.
- Previous experience utilizing an application tracking system (ATS).
