Job Description

Contract Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across clinical and operational roles in healthcare. Flexible, remote position adapting to business needs with engagement as independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, including: Clinical (Therapists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners) Operations (Admissions, Techs, Leadership)
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines aligned to hiring forecasts
  • Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
  • Partner with hiring leaders to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy
  • Drive candidate engagement and manage offer processes through close
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
  • Ensure all hiring documentation and processes align with company standards
  • Adjust workload and availability based on hiring demand and project timelines

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience recruiting in behavioral health, SUD, or healthcare environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (BambooHR, ADP, or similar) (preferred)
  • Understanding of clinical roles and credentialing requirements (preferred)
