Job Description
Contract Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across clinical and operational roles in healthcare. Flexible, remote position adapting to business needs with engagement as independent contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, including: Clinical (Therapists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners) Operations (Admissions, Techs, Leadership)
- Build and maintain active candidate pipelines aligned to hiring forecasts
- Source candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with hiring leaders to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy
- Drive candidate engagement and manage offer processes through close
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipeline activity, and hiring progress
- Ensure all hiring documentation and processes align with company standards
- Adjust workload and availability based on hiring demand and project timelines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and outreach capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a contract environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting in behavioral health, SUD, or healthcare environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with ATS systems (BambooHR, ADP, or similar) (preferred)
- Understanding of clinical roles and credentialing requirements (preferred)
