Job Description
Recrutador PJ conduzindo processos seletivos, hunting e gestão de talentos para clientes da RHF Talentos. Atuação independente e remota com comissionamento por vaga fechada.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct recruitment processes for roles at different levels and across various industries.
- Define sourcing and talent-hunting strategies.
- Perform proactive sourcing for strategic and specialized positions.
- Maintain and organize the talent pool.
- Prepare reports, candidate assessments, and technical feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection (consulting experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.).
- Strong competency-based interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an analytical mindset.
- Active company registration (CNPJ) to work independently.
- Availability for remote work.
- Laptop or computer in excellent working condition.
- Mobile phone.
- Installed and fully functional Microsoft Office suite.
- Stable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional workspace.
- Technical education or certification.
- Background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with strategic and high-volume hiring is a plus.
