Job Description

Recruiting Manager recruiting, retaining, and developing healthcare field talent and clients for Supplemental Health Care. Managing compliance, performance, staffing, and applicant compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build Supplemental Health Care’s reputation and brand throughout the market
  • Recruit and retain field talent and clients using company core values
  • Achieve minimum activity standards, including touches, interviews, and submissions
  • Support division gross profit goals through value calculator management
  • Support Joint Commission standards, referencing, and the compliance process
  • Achieve personal revenue budget and create goals and strategies with the Manager
  • Achieve 90% retention of field talent through the Talent for Life scorecard
  • Maintain current information on active field talent and clients and respond to their needs
  • Maintain communication and follow up with field talent and clients
  • Manage and be accountable for individual P&L impact on the Division budget
  • Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor, and engage field talent
  • Evaluate applicants for employment viability and oversee credentialing and compliance
  • Manage job postings, email blasts, call blasts, and other recruitment functions
  • Assume responsibility for office success when the Manager is absent
  • Manage field talent across company lines
  • Make weekly performance report calls to field talent and clients
  • Support current and future recruitment efforts
  • Mentor new office talent within the Division and Company
  • Maintain flexible schedules for field talent requests, issues, after-hours, and on-call duties
  • Present Supplemental Advantages and handle objections
  • Discuss assignment extensions and other opportunities with field talent
  • May manage weekly payroll and assist with housing arrangements
  • Assist with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, aging, and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Help create an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork
  • Negotiate applicant salaries and benefits in line with SHC financial objectives
  • Supervise policies and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, and/or similar or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for selling recruiting services, including marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems
  • Ability to work independently and with other team members
  • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office Products and the Internet
  • Knowledge of internet job boards and internet recruiting preferred
  • Ability to sit, type, and use the phone and computer for prolonged periods
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
