Job Description

Recruiting Assistant supporting talent acquisition and business development at JobHive AG. Engage with potential candidates and develop tailored recruitment strategies in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks: Use MS Office to support day-to-day operations
  • Active sourcing and talent acquisition: Identify and contact potential candidates in innovative ways who match the requirements of open positions
  • Business development: Acquire new clients and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent German language skills with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are required
