Job Description
Recruiting Assistant supporting talent acquisition and business development at JobHive AG. Engage with potential candidates and develop tailored recruitment strategies in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks: Use MS Office to support day-to-day operations
- Active sourcing and talent acquisition: Identify and contact potential candidates in innovative ways who match the requirements of open positions
- Business development: Acquire new clients and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for the dynamics of the job market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Excellent German language skills with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are required
- Strong MS Office skills
