Job Description
Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção remoto na RHF Talentos, consultoria brasileira de recursos humanos. Condução de processos seletivos de alto volume, triagens e entrevistas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Handle high-volume positions, conducting a large number of screenings and candidate contacts
- Advertise job openings across different channels and platforms
- Proactively source and attract candidates
- Screen and analyze resumes
- Conduct interviews by phone, video, or other means
- Assess candidates’ profiles against the requirements of each position
- Update and organize information related to recruitment processes
- Support candidates throughout the various stages of the process
- Present candidates who match the profile requested by the client
- Meet deadlines and monitor recruitment demands
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection
- Experience with high-volume hiring is essential
- Ability to conduct a large number of screenings and interviews efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Agility and strong prioritization skills
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently from a home office
- Knowledge of job advertising platforms and recruitment tools
- High school diploma
