Job Description
Recruitment and Selection Analyst conducting high-volume hiring for RHF Talentos, Brazil’s human resources consultancy. Managing sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate submissions remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Handle high-volume vacancies, conducting a large number of screenings and candidate contacts
- Advertise vacancies across different channels and platforms
- Proactively source and attract candidates
- Screen and analyze resumes
- Conduct interviews by phone, video, or other means
- Assess candidate profiles according to the job requirements
- Update and organize information related to selection processes
- Support candidates throughout the various stages of the process
- Present candidates who match the profile requested by the client
- Meet deadlines and monitor recruitment demands
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection
- Experience with high-volume vacancies is essential
- Ability to conduct a large number of screenings and interviews efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Agility and strong prioritization skills
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work remotely
- Knowledge of job advertising platforms and recruitment tools
- High school diploma
