Job Description
Recruitment consultant managing end-to-end hiring processes for Brazil’s human resources consultancy. Sourcing candidates, interviewing talent, and supporting client relationships remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Advertise vacancies, screen applicants, and conduct interviews
- Source and headhunt qualified professionals
- Present candidates and follow up on recruitment processes with clients
- Keep systems and records up to date
- Support client relationship management and new business development
Requirements:
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Interest in business development and client relationship management
- Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset
