Job Description

Recruitment Marketing Intern assisting in marketing campaigns and social media management. Gaining experience in recruitment marketing for a national healthcare leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing Recruitment Marketing tasks and learning
  • Lead project to launch new social media channels and enhance existing ones
  • Learn and execute Landing Page Design
  • Work with campaign deployment and optimization

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Interest in marketing, recruitment, employer branding, or HR technology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience or coursework related to landing page creation or website content management preferred
