Job Description

Regional Clinical Manager providing direct supervision and direction to Clinical/Product Specialists at Agiliti. Connecting clinical expertise to sales strategies for enhanced revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Clinical Manager is responsible for providing direct supervision and direction to the field-based Clinical/Product Specialists
  • Manage and coach a team of clinical/product specialists to fully leverage their clinical expertise
  • Work with specialists to establish priorities, territory plans and allocation of time
  • Oversee the training of specialists to ensure they have the resources required to successfully fulfill their responsibilities
  • Ensure specialists are partnering with Territory Executives and SES Solution Specialists to assist with effective implementations
  • Partner with corporate and implementation teams to identify best practices and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and execution of plans to address these areas
  • Identify customer education best practices and work with corporate staff to implement nationwide
  • Assist specialists in establishing productive, professional relationships with key clinical personnel/management
  • Communicate with district, divisional and national sales management and marketing on sales and territory plans and status of competitive activities
  • Perform Clinical Specialists responsibilities for a small territory in addition to management responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • BSN/Baccalaureate Degree in clinical discipline preferred
  • Business related coursework/degree desired
  • Minimum 2 years of prior management experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of medical device product sales preferred
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Ability to influence and articulate message at all levels within organization
  • Knowledge of healthcare, hospital industry, medical equipment industry preferred
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
  • Strategic thinker – quickly assess big picture and integrate into solution set
  • Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills to include ability to influence and persuade
  • Results and goal oriented.
  • Preferred experience with marketing, training or sales support with healthcare service or product company
  • Experience with training, leading in-services and/or orienting team members to clinical improvement and or medical products
  • Maintains high level of business knowledge and professionalism to meet changing (daily/weekly/monthly) requirements
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Keeps current on healthcare trends, emerging specialty equipment, product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Maintains open and consistent communication with sales and operations leadership to ensure customer service level agreements and high customer satisfaction scores are achieved.
