Job Description

Regional Field Manager leading a team of Area Sales Managers for Vivaris and Berentzen in Nord-Ost region. Focusing on KPI achievement and team development in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effectiveness of the field organization in the region to achieve the defined KPIs for the Vivaris and Berentzen domestic brands
  • Direct management of a team of approximately 8 Area Sales Managers
  • Responsible for establishing the field team’s processes and structures in cooperation with the National Field Manager
  • Deployment of resources at POS based on potential to meet field-specific KPIs
  • Coaching and development of the entire team
  • Support the National Field Manager in managing the overall sales force
  • Manage smaller key accounts and multi-site operators (MBU)
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other sales areas and across the company
  • Own competitive monitoring and sales and potential development within the sales territory
  • Participation in trade fairs as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Initial leadership experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and modern IT tools
  • Good knowledge of the German retail landscape
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • High self-motivation and strong goal- and result-orientation
